Pros

A lot of wonderful programs and services for seniors, if you are in the San Francisco area. Benefits are OK, not the best, but not the worst. Nobody knows what they are doing so you can make up your own procedure and manage yourself. Some really great team members.

Cons

Highest turn over rate I have ever experienced at any company. Horrible management. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Their motto seems to be trial and error mentality constantly repeating itself. Home care department has no VP or anyone who knows what they are doing with inexperienced and under qualified directors. CEO and "upper management" are basically non existent. Low Pay- no bonus structure or raises. A lot of broken promises on improvements which never seem to get implemented No recognition, low morale, forced to take on multiple job responsibilities with no pay increase or appreciation.

Pros

Great clientele that are well selected and obtain good services. Colleagues seemed friendly and hardworking overall despite factions.

Cons

Insensitive management does not exhibit care for participants welfare or appreciation for staff accomplishments. Middle management is non-existent. Higher level Manager, my clinical supervisor and colleagues blind sighted me without cause or recourse when apparently looking for an excuse to dump me ahead of probation period ending.
