Pros

- Fair pay for non-profit - Company encourages career growth and movement within the org - Mission-oriented and customer-centric business - Friendly and professional work environment

Cons

- You don't start off with a lot of PTO - Non-profit so no stock-options - Most office workers are required to come in at least a few times a week. It is not common to be 100% remote.

Pros

IOA is a great place to serve the community and gain useful skills in public health.

Cons

Because it is a non-profit, there are limitations to it's resources that make innovation difficult at times.
