Pros

You definitely get a knowledge of community resources and laws more than any other agency could offer you, and the team you work with is really inspiring and collaborative.

Cons

Management does not share the same culture, and are disconnected with the work that is actually being done. Working more than 40 hours a week is a given, and the case load is far too high.

IOA successfully serves an aging and disabled population in the San Francisco Bay Area with extremely professional and dedicated staff. Great programs for clients of all income levels.

Non-profit - continual reach for funding.
