Pros

Very open-minded CEO and some other top leaders, who are willing to listen to employees and try to improve how the agency is run based on the feedbacks. Some teams have really good leaders as well. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Benefits could be thin in certain areas, due to the non-profit nature of the agency.
