- Fair pay for non-profit - Company encourages career growth and movement within the org - Mission-oriented and customer-centric business - Friendly and professional work environment

Cons

- You don't start off with a lot of PTO - Non-profit so no stock-options - Most office workers are required to come in at least a few times a week. It is not common to be 100% remote.

The organization's mission is commendable, and it's worth noting the presence of exceptional individuals within the organization.

Cons

There's a pressing need for a shake-up in senior management. The work environment has become incredibly toxic, a situation I've never encountered to this magnitude before. Regrettably, this toxicity pervades both within and between departments, with anyone seeking to enact positive changes being sidelined or pushed out. Competent individuals with genuine aspirations for improvement have been forced out repeatedly, while submissive middle management is retained, maintaining the status quo. It's surprising that they can still attract new staff under these circumstances.
