Product good for people with diabetes.

Cons

There is ZERO work-life balance in the field. I mean ZERO. It's a churn 'n burn sales culture. There is literally NO TIME for anything else in your life. Quotas are ridiculously high and you can never afford to take time off. I hate this place badly. I have no idea (other than reviews seen here) about the culture at the headquarters in MA.

Pay is competitive. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Despite the pay and benefits, Insulet was NOT a great place to work. I do not recommend this company to candidates. There is ZERO room for growth, the functional areas work in silos, the management team sucks and there are more cliques here that in my 7th grade class. I hated working here with a burning regret.

Product is decent, coworkers are great. CEO seems to care. Benefits are very good.

Cons

Unqualified supervisors/managers, Ill equipped staff conducting training. Employees fear calling out sick and at least one mgr/ supervisor in Inside Sales regularly brings staff to tears.
