Pros

Growing company with dedicated people working for a good cause and decent benefits. Depending on the dept, they can accommodate work hours if you have school.

Cons

Supervisors are very young and immature. There is a lot of gossip in this company and just depts reporting on other depts all the time! Company is changing to 12hr shifts with EVERY dept on different rotating schedules (the schedules suck!). They don't care about losing people, they only care about making their products. There is space to advance, but this company does look for higher education or else you'd remain where you started. A lot of unhappy people working here.

Pros

Great stock price. Good product that is helping diabetics.

Cons

Leadership sits in an ivory tower and collects paychecks. They have no idea what's going on with the company or its employees. Middle management is HORRIBLE. I have never seen such an unqualified, unempowered group of people. They are also collecting paychecks and twiddling their thumbs. I wonder what will happen as they vest their shares! There is no career growth here. This is a burn and churn culture. If you care about your career, go to a real company.

There is nothing good about working here

Cons

Managements sucks, executive team sucks, product sucks. People are unhappy here. I may have been the most unhappy. The culture makes it so that I never felt like I was accomplishing anything. The organization moves at a snail's pace. They talk about being "innovative" but based on my experience at truly innovative companies, this could not be further from the truth.
