It’s a great product but just imagine all the amount of aggravation it takes to design something with this place. People don’t work together and are under handed.

Cons

They will con you with innovation and then take it away and not give you credit.

Management is largely MIA, which is usually a good thing, except when there are customer issues that require escalation. Customer satisfaction is slowly dropping, employee morale is quickly dropping, employee turn is incredibly high. Very frustrating work environment. I am job searching. Currently there are jobs available, not necessarily careers. People attempting career advancement are blocked by spiteful managers.
