The majority of the team has been with the organization for less than 2 years. Employees bring valuable perspectives across all different industries. Group think does not exist and diversity of thought is welcome. I really enjoy the fast paced culture and level free organization; egos are checked at the door

Cons

We are growing so quickly our current office space is not aligned with our size. Offices are limited and meeting rooms are always booked
