Pros

High growth, chances for advancement and good salary. Anyone with initiative drive many changes in the company. Lot of funding for programs.

Cons

Lot of people are new and so there is a lack of product and process knowledge. Management does not interact a whole lot with employees. There seems to be some friction between R & D and manufacturing.

Pros

Decent camaraderie, the cafe was nice and the new building was much better than the first. Learned a lot and what I did set me up for success at other companies where I've been able to grow and develop

Cons

Rampant favoritism, poor structure, no one knows what they are doing. Atrocious management that is still in place even after the new group brought in to revamp. No respect for overworked and frustrated employees. No room for growth whatsoever. Poor pay.

Pros

It was great being able to represent a cutting edge product that was so different than the others on the market.

Cons

Management expected the clinicians to sell like the sales reps and make as many sales calls despite having to meet with patients for trainings that can take several hours. Large territory and a lot of drive time. Sales managers are in charge of clinicians and don't truly understand our role.
