Pros

- easy to walk to someone's cube and start a conversation and ask questions - managers hold frequent 1-on-1s to check on you and talk about anything, can also be a mentorship - collaborative work and tight knit team community environment - flexible pto and other forms of time off

Cons

- salary isn't very competitive - sometimes have to go through hoops to get answers - lot of legacy systems/practices in place and sometimes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" leads to inefficiency
