Mission and product has such a great impact on the daily life of so many people, and there are a lot of people in the organization that truly have the customer in mind.

Cons

Lots of growing pains, which is appropriate for a company like Insulet that is trying to grow rapidly. It's good they're trying but it also seems like they're sometimes ignoring the issues.
