Good pay if you're in the US, potentially great coworkers

Cons

Leadership doesn't know what's going on in the tech industry, doesn't have a clue about tooling, and will hamstring any efforts at improvement (even when that's what you've been hired to do). Dead end job that'll make you hate the time you're there.

Great product that improves lives of people living with diabetes

Cons

Wholesale leadership changes across the top. Feels like changes are made for sake of change. Even things that work well are changed with no understanding of what the impacts will be. Good people overlooked for promotion with new leadership preferring to bring in external teams.
