Great company to start your career in underwriting. The company offers free food from time to time. You get your birthday off.

Cons

37 hour work week, 40 hours would be better. Pay is a little low. No free coffee, or drinking water, have to bring your own coffee pods.

Having some half days is nice but that's it.

Cons

Management is very detached and disconnected with their employees and are not here to help. Like others have said the training is ad hoc and there isn't any consistency in their policies and procedures. Pay is way below the industry average. They have an unreasonable attendance policy.
