Pros
Pay is in line with other companies, family atmosphere. Able to have fun and joke around. Management shows appreciation with food days. People for the most part are nice and easy to work with. Management is fair and you are pretty much left alone if you do what you are supposed to be doing. They have an on the spot award program if you do something over and above.
Cons
Insurance benefits and bonuses could be better. Some co-workers seem disgruntled. As if nothing the company does is good enough. Complain all the time. But from.what I have seen it's the ones that don't want to work for their paycheck. They want to spend time in their phones or doing nothing while others do all the work. Typical in any company.
