      Pros

      The department is constantly training to help make sure we understand the procedures so that we give good customer service. The management appreciates us and we celebrate with monthly lunch and morale boosters such as back to school goodie bags and peer to peer recognition.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that there is a lot to learn but if you are eager to learn, you will be challenged in a good way.

      Toxic Leadership

      Pros

      Office is easy to locate. Building is fairly well maintained and decorated. The IT systems director is a rare shining example of great leadership in the company.

      Cons

      This company is a corporate culture nightmare. Toxic behavior runs rampant through all departments and all roles. Leadership, especially at higher levels, is extremely lacking in emotional intelligence. Leadership is prone to infighting and blame-placing. Constructive criticism and positive feedback are nowhere to be found. Do not work for this company if you value growth and cooperation. Paid time-off is minimal and health insurance is expensive.

      horrible culture and Horrible management

      Good Benefits, Nice office space

      Cons

      Management is the worst I have ever seen. Very cold and not approachable. Have no compassion or care for employees. The do not speak to you unless its to tell you what you did wrong. They do not even smile. There is no room for growth. management only promote the people they like.
