      I Cannot think of anything

      They promote emotionally stunted people who have good numbers. Therefore, the managers or very rude and harsh because they do not know what to do with their position. Lots of micromanagement and impersonal encounters. I promise you there are better places to work.

      Good company to work for, great employees, pay rate is ok.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, very controlling! you will be forced to work in office with Covid while management get to work from home whenever they feel like it, everything is micromanage all the way down to having to take restroom breaks. You will be forced to learn other departments with no pay increase and yearly raises suck! Breaks are monitored when management gets to take hours for break. And don’t expect to get any of your questions answered by management because they rarely have the answers. There need to be some type of investigation from HR at this office.

      Everyone is welcoming and willing to help each other out with questions or difficult cases.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit to learn if you have not worked in the insurance field before. There are rules and regulations that can be confusing at first. Ask a lot of questions.
