      Time off for emergency and paid time off during hurricane. Restaurant on the main floor. Free parking. Management seemed good at first

      Communication is too much in one aspect (jabber) And not enough in other aspects Favoritism Unable to look at themselves Refuse to take responsibility for things

      The people you work with are great, mostly friendly

      Cons

      Pay scale is extremely low. Raises are 2% on average. Upper management is completely detached from the rank and file, consider all their employees expendable.
