Pros

The people that work here are friendly. For the most part, they are supportive and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for the sake of the team. The company is headed in the right direction, and has the leadership that should make it successful for years to come. It's also in a great area of Jersey City, and very close to NYC. The jobs are also pretty stable/secure. My particular job is great. I have learned a lot, I've been challenged, and I'd like to think I have added value.

Cons

The company, as a whole, could do a much better job at showing how much it values its employees. Individual managers are okay at it, but you don't feel that senior leadership really understands how important the employees are. It's a company that does well, but nothing ever happens to really excite the employees. For example, we went public, and outside of us watching senior leadership ring the opening bell, there was no excitement....no party atmosphere (no cake, no breakfast, no gifts, no real thank you to the people who helped make it possible; we just went back to work). They also need to figure out a way to hear the voice of the employees. There are really smart people here, but there's no consistent way of getting their innovative ideas which could possibly add a lot of value.
