      The front line workers are very nice people

      Cons

      Clueless IT management. Won't invest in technology. High employee turnover Us against them attitude Management has complete lack us trust in its frontline workers Run weekly reports to make sure that people are behind the turnstiles 8 days per day. If not them you get 'spoken too' Never mind the fact that you worked 12 hours over the weekend. Work from home is only a policy depending on who you are. Bad raises

      Pros

      Spent my whole life out of college with ISO and grew from entry level to management. There is growth potential in Business and IT organizations. Will get training but with less workers it's harder to schedule then it used to. Competitive salary and benefit package is great.

      Cons

      In IT the organization has gone through some changes recently and a lot of turnover. People are leaving even without having jobs and a lot of people are retiring as well. "Fed up" is the term you hear and not sure if the executives understand if the changes are actually hurting the organization, losing good, dedicated, employees.

      Pros

      Get to work from home and a company car.

      Cons

      Work overtime without compensation, GPS tracking units on the car, antiquated equipment to use, very difficult bonus structure, no support from upper management, little to no error tolerance, no longer feels like a family or team, etc. Cell phones are still flip phones with no data plans, only 200 texts per month.
