Used to be great but over the years as it has lagged behind and especially in recent years after the major reorg things had been going downhill. Many folks been around for a long time had been sidelined and are replaced with kids right out of the college. Extremely high turn-over rate. Upper management is out of touch with reality.

You will be overworked, underpaid, and never get a raise or anything approaching a real bonus. There is zero training but you are expected to be fully productive from day 1. Senior management assumes that any person put into a roll is 100% as effective as any other, regardless of years of experience or training. They set deadlines as if everyone has decades of experience and never makes mistakes that have to be corrected. That leads to deadlines being missed constantly, lies are told to customers, and you will bear the brunt of their mistakes.
