Pros

Good remote access to you can work from home in bad weather, benefit coverage is pretty good, PTO/flex time policy provides ample time even for new people. Relatively little office politics. Culture committee actually finds good events for people to participate in. Diverse workforce with support at all levels.

Cons

No annual increases for years and no plans to bring them back. Medical and Dental benefits just had a 50% increase in employee rate effectively giving everyone a significant pay CUT, work-life balance is 100% ignored. Product leads lie to Senior Management and set unrealistic targets.

Free popcorn and coffee, work from home (depending on manager), casual dress.

Cons

You'll be worked into the ground, and then paid nothing for it. They do not do raises for cost of living, and even if you do work your butt off, you may make 10k over what you started at (after 7 years of working there) like I did. HR is also useless. They do not care about employees mental health or wellbeing.

Smart Employees, Free Coffee, and some nice employee buffet style lunches

Cons

They don't match resource capacity with products they sell, often under planned. Expect longggg hours. Any gaps in planning or what they oversold is expected to be made up by employee "hustle" and "heroics". No performance increases unless you are a 10% or greater star performer - max out your job offer as that's all you may see for a while
