      Pros

      Lunches are sometimes decent when office manager does plan them. There are people there that are true friends that weather management with you.

      Cons

      -Limited progression -Below market rates for salary -Leadership does not care if you leave or stay. You are just a number and replaceable. -Leadership has blocked upward progression due to people being “needed in their current role” (did not happen to me personally) -Implementation has lost many employees in the past couple months -Day is never finished, Intapp got me working.

      - decent pay - good benefits & ESOP program

      Cons

      - extremely poor onboarding with little guidance & support afterwards - culture of finger-point from the top down - absolute mess of a billing department, caused multiple issues of the services team - lack of trust between staff & holder management (not helped by the ever-growing number of middle managers) - history of acquiring new products w/o fully integrating the new team into existing processes (if your startup was just acquired, I suggest you start looking elsewhere) - inconsistent titles & pay across products for the same work
