- extremely poor onboarding with little guidance & support afterwards - culture of finger-point from the top down - absolute mess of a billing department, caused multiple issues of the services team - lack of trust between staff & holder management (not helped by the ever-growing number of middle managers) - history of acquiring new products w/o fully integrating the new team into existing processes (if your startup was just acquired, I suggest you start looking elsewhere) - inconsistent titles & pay across products for the same work
