When you're in, you're in. When not... good luck!

Pros

A true market leader with amazing offerings who care about their clients.

Cons

I have never been treated so horribly as an employee. View everyone except leadership as expendable and will actively disparage coworkers to deflect attention thinking it will make them look better in front of management.

We are saddened to read that your time at Intapp was not the kind of experience we strive to provide. We have a culture with a very long history (and many examples) of deep care and concern for our people. We do wish you all the best in your next role.

Potential but not without barriers

Pros

Intapp is in growth mode with very intelligent people leading the ship. It is exciting to be a part of and watch grow. With growth comes great career opportunity and with a robust pool of smart people to collaborate with it is a prime time at Intapp. However, the culture can be stifling for females and outdated policies don't support growth objectives (more below). Overall, the company has a bright future as long as it gets it cards in order to support the talent it brings in.

Cons

It has been mentioned before by another reviewer but worth mentioning again, there are very few females in leadership. It is disheartening. The male dominated culture can make it difficult to be heard as a female as well as progress in ones career. It does not help that parental policies that would support females at Intapp are non-existent making it difficult to even attract female talent. There is no actual parental leave policy (for mothers or fathers) or returning to work or childcare benefits... benefits that have now become standard within Silicon Valley (and beyond). Intapp needs to rethink this and get with the times in order to support the current talent and growth initiatives.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences here as an Intapper. I agree that a parental leave program is something we need to add to our benefits offering and we are actively working on this. We strive to provide comprehensive benefits to our team members globally so if you have other suggestions for the benefits programs, please share your feedback with us at askhr@intapp.com.

Pros

---Great people from mid-management level down: smart, friendly, talented ---Very flexible; pioneers in work from home ---original product suite (Time, Conflicts, etc.) top notch ---Exceptionally agile when it comes to strategy (but...)

Cons

---C suite is full of "gut feel" and "this is what I think" decision making---not based on reality or what clients really think. This also makes them seem aloof and employees feel like "the help" ---No real opportunities to move up beyond middle management. They hire "free agents" when they need a new top dog based on past resume (they used to work at Microsoft/Google/etc). External pedigree rules more than those who delivered internal results ---Strategy and messaging will change instantaneously if C Suite visits a client and they hear a new term or cool idea. Agile, but very hard on work force
