Pros

Insurance with Kaiser HSA contribution, few friendly colleagues, Wednesday food truck- free food, onboarding process, trying to use latest business stacks.

Cons

I have never experienced such a terrible workplace experience. Your manager will walk all over you, not allow you to grow or progress, belittle you and as a female you can face microaggression. During the interview process, management will tell you that you have room to grow and after joining they will take it away from you. There are many companies in Bay area who will treat you with respect and help you to grow in your career.

Pros

The coworkers in more technical fields are intelligent, committed, hardworking, and always take the time to help the team. If you are fortunate you may have the ability to work remotely. If you are focused and hardworking work life balance is achievable.

Cons

A lot of growing pains. Technical resources are overcommitted. Company continues to not address pay issues for the area. The benefits are not comparable to other Silicon Valley based companies.
