One of our recently promoted senior leaders, Jennifer Richard, just shared her experience working here over the past 6+ years “If anyone had asked me a day or even 6 months after the acquisition if I thought I’d have a role or would I even chose to stay [at Intapp], I would have said, ‘Probably not,’ because I really wasn’t sure I had a future with Intapp,” said Richard. “Looking back, I think, ‘Thank goodness I didn’t leave because I’ve had some of my most transformative years at Intapp.’ I’m excited to be part of a company that has clear vision and strategy that I can stand behind.” Follow this link to read more. https://www.intapp.com/blog_posts/employee-spotlight-jennifer-richard/

Pros

Wednesday Food truck and good HR staff

Cons

Engineering team has no clue what they are working on and/or where they are going. Engineering leadership are project managers and no engineering talent. Myopic vision from senior engineering leadership. Outsourced just not work but thinking also. Product managers can't even project customer needs for next 3 months.

Pro-Rated Bonuses on Parental Leave

Pros

Most people are generally helpful and easy to get along with.

Cons

They pro-rate your annual bonus if you take parental leave. Salary is paid at the full amount when on leave, but pro-rating your bonus means that leave is not a fully paid benefit as they claim. Realistically, you work double the amount before and after your leave so your team and department aren't left in a lurch when you're gone. You also don't accrue vacation time when on parental leave. Parental leave is not a vacation. The company can't tout being "pro-family" and sing their own praises about benefits while also penalizing parents who take their leave. This type of policy sends the message that parents aren't valued and discourages parents from taking their full leave.
