      Pros

      Since I have begun working hear I have learned a lot about the sales process and adopted the necessary communication and listening skills to thrive in sales. Intapp has a great culture with everyone being so helpful and welcoming.

      Cons

      The onboarding of new employees can be confusing at times in terms of our responsibilities.

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth, and to explore areas of the business that may have been unavailable at other companies due to a strict structural hierarchy. Transparent leadership and company goals. Awesome onsite culture, amazing effort into cultivating that same culture into our virtual workspace. It is very cool to see so many women in management positions across all verticals.

      Cons

      None that come to mind that aren't more personal preferences, rather than company issues.

      During the recruitment process, I worked directly with Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, Nigel Lawrence. After Nigel reached out to me, I quickly realized how professional, knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and responsive he was. Nigel has a perfect combination of experience and personality for this role. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with him.
