In office, It was Very Loud. The managers were always yelling even though people were on calls with customers.

1. They were 1 of the last call centers in my area to raise there pay. And even then it was only because they were losing agents to other call centers. 2. they used to give "Motivational" pep talks and papers that would tell you that if you are sick then start chugging Pepto Bismol and suck it up and come to work... I am not paraphrasing that. Even if you have doctors notes you can still get in trouble. 3. They expect you to hit impossible numbers. I had friends there who are good at there job that were saying the same thing. They were literally waiting to be fired because they couldn't hit impossible numbers 4. A friend of mine who knows computers informed me that they haven't upgraded there computers since 2007... That was 14 years ago. There computers can be VERY slow... And yes it is YOUR fault if you are late clocking in because because your computer wanted to take longer than normal to load. 5. Hard workers will do just as well as non hard workers here... Because both will fail. Please look elsewhere. There are plenty of other call centers that will pay just as much and more and will let you see you Doctor without penalizing you
