Pros

Management is supportive in some groups, they play games and do their best to keep you motivated to do your best. They were very lenient and understanding when I had many personal issues going on.

Cons

Not always enough management, not always providing the best support to employees.

None you can’t miss a day you can’t make one mistake or they right you up as quickly as possible

Cons

Management was bad they try and be as positive as possible but they write you up once a week
