Nice co workers. They kept the air at 71.

Ridiculous rules. Sooooo much micromanaging. All the extra “fun stuff” is generally pretty lame. Movie Friday’s were cool. But you couldn’t hear or watch a movie cause it’s loud as hell and you’re on the phone. The carpet was never ever vacuumed. Ever. In the whole year I worked there I never saw a vacuum and the bits of paper and hair stayed on the carpet the whole year I was there. I thought if bringing my personal vacuum in in several occasions. But I’m sure that’s a serious violation of gc law.

The income was $9.50 an hour and there was always overtime being offered. Benefits were good.

Cons

The customers on the phone are rude, makes you hate people, makes the day long and miserable when you get yelled at all day. It’s a very high school type environment, so you’ll hear rumors and be gossiped about.
