      Pros

      Job is easy to learn, paid training, most days are predictable

      Cons

      Manager favoritism, office gossip, high turnover rate, advancement opportunities few and far between, must work extra hours during weeks with federal holidays, sometimes managers will pressure agents into overtime due to short staffing, policy on drinks/snacks in office change very often, office buildings not well-maintained

      Pros

      GC Services is a great company, when it comes to being friendly they have a very friendly staff. There's not really any bad reviews i could give. Tho there's one thing that did bother me and that's sometimes the managers lagg on helping the employees, they should get people that are committed and not give attitude when someone asks for help.

      The only thing that bothered me was the managers would lagg on helping the employees when asked for help.
