Pros

Nice friendly people, good pay, fun atmosphere

Cons

Training isn't that great, practically have to learn everything on your own, system and computers need a major upgrade and the call center on Concord is smelly and filthy...(bathrooms)(break room)

Pros

*You get 2 fifteen minute breaks during the day. *Sometimes you get the option to leave work early (you aren't required to leave early, however). *Doesn't require much physical activity.

Cons

*The job is extremely monotonous. *Customers will frequently yell or interrupt you. *Managers will grade you in a variety of different categories--several of which are in conflict of one another (time and errors). It feels like high school sometimes. It is not a good place to be if you have a degree. *Poor pay.

Pros

Comworkers, set schedule, overtime, some management

Cons

I can no longer support an unethical concept like Kroger. Between the fuel point scam, the senior citizen discounts going away, surveys not being done on the phone anymore and Clicklist. I cannot support an organization that is selling broken items. The fuel point thing is a scam. It's not discrimination per se with surveys and all needing done online but it is wrong for us to dangle a carrot in front of a horses face knowing they will not get it. The idea alone of taking the senior program away is crippling to some of these people who depend on it. I am fed up with doing a bajillion digital templates for Clicklist calls knowing we are just going to have to get permission to call a specialist to escalate it. I am fed up with not sleeping at night from the guilt of it all. I worked for Publishers Clearing House at one time and listened to people telling me they needed to win so the y can stop eating dog food and slept better. We live in a world full of snowflakes who have temper tantrums when they don't get their way. The chronic apologies for the broken system that is Kroger and especially Clicklist is only making it worse. Add my coach's nonsense into the mix with the incessant preaching about after call and him not doing his job and making me do it is ridiculous. He wants no more than 50 seconds of hold time and no after call. I would love to see hm try it. He is supposed to be my coach. Sorry but Kroger is not that important and he is nobody's drill sergeant. I am done with the inconsistency of GC. I have no idea why there are even training classes. I lose points on QA for doing EXACTLY what I was taught to do. I loved my job until I was put into Clicklist. I will miss you and a few coworkers but I deserve and can do a lot better than that place. You also deserve and can do better than that rip off job.
