PTO and Holidays are required to be worked back in to a 40 hour week or you lose incentive pays!

Cons

I worked at GC Services for 3 years in collections, HR and recruiting. This place does not value their hard working employees and only cater to those who are up their butt and don’t do any work. They will micromanage and harass you every single day. They are a very dirty company and do not follow the law.
