Pros

hard to think of pros anymore but maybe work from home was a pro when some companies are returning to the office.

Cons

everything else--new leadership, CEO is not impressive, many new big wigs, we'll see if there is a real impact, benefits and rewards to the employees--no real investment appetite. I'm sure if all of our clients allowed the work to move to a lower cost country we'd be closed in the US.

- get a good amount of training - management was always helpful - easy to be recognized for hard work

Cons

- very low pay - late policy/ occurrence policy very unreasonable - most of your customers will be angry - you’ll receive less than 2% of your collections for bonuses - not a job that understands that people have lives outside of work
