Paid training, opportunity to earn up to $2.00 more an hour when stats are met and schedule is adhered to. For the project I work for Upper Management and Team Leaders have always gone out of their way to make sure employees are taken care of. We are family and we look after one another. Government paid holidays after 3 mo. of employment and a chance to move up the company if willing to work hard.

Cons

Team leaders need to learn not to micromanage so much. Others need to learn how to better communicate with their employees on their team and not be so critical.

Supervisor bad talk about the job and give all bad training. Complain about work and do a lot of braking company policy and get away with it. Working there was horrible sup will bring kid as if it was day care Will breave employee that can fix our time if we don't say a thing. Bad place no moral.
