      Fast paced, high stress

      Pros

      You get a check every two weeks. They had lots of contest where you could win extra money.

      Cons

      High stress job. You don't get paid enough for all the hours and stress that you have to go through.

      Pros

      One of the few places in El Paso where you will find full time. There were very... very few good Unit Managers.

      Cons

      The management for the project that i was working for lacked work ethics and most of managements openly practiced nepotism. They would often act like children running a business. The left had no idea what the right hand was doing.

      Pros

      Management is open to building professional relationships with employees. If you do your job, you're not threatened like others have stated. It's simple work, in a nice building -- couldn't really ask for an easier job; so long as you don't take what customers say to heart...

      Cons

      Pay - not the greatest pay, but if you maintain and succeed at your goals, you can win contests weekly and receive a nice pay raise each year.
