      Pros

      I planned to have this job for a few months. This job was the best paying job in the area for someone with little experience out of high school .

      Cons

      You are given very high numbers reach. It is almost impossible to reach these sales goals. If you do not meet these numbers you are written up, then fired.

      Pros

      A good place to work as a starter job. Very good opportunity for advancement if you can grasp core concepts of collections and customer service. If you are not able to focus on a repetitive job task or face weekly review, this job is not for you. Positions do have benefits, however, they are expensive. Management positions do open if you are patient, have a good attitude, and achieve monthly goals. Most positions offer bonuses for good performance.

      Cons

      Low starting pay. Rigid attendance standards. Late hours. Weekend work. Due to low wages, company does not attract the most "disciplined" work force. This can lead to lower morale within the organization and lower job performance.
