      Pros

      Company has a really high turnover rate in some areas and then there are people who work there 30 or more years. If you can last a year you may end up working there forever. But at least you will meet plenty of new people.

      Cons

      The health benefits offered by GC Services, charge for each child that you want to cover, to insure my whole family would have cost more than my mortgage in months with 3 pay periods. Mortgage and car payment if you include vision and dental.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime, work from home. Talk with callers for as long as you want without being disciplined. Putting Apple on your resume for future career opportunities elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management is selective in discipline, one day praising and the next chastising for the same actions. Blames employee for tech problems; never the company's fault. Chastises employees for not knowing procedures, laying full responsibility for training on the employee & not answering questions with answers; rather, they ask you where you'd find the answer in the manual instead.
