Integer reviews

Integer is made up of over 30 sites that are all mergers and acquisitions over the last 15 years. Most of the sites were never really integrated so it feels as though each site is a separate company. Not much for advancement opportunities and constant change of management. Lots of great technology, but unbelievably poor planning and direction. Its a prime example of a company with great mottos, mission statements, and lip service, but absolutely nothing to back it up. Its a potential manufacturing power house but it is its own worst enemy.
