      If you are desperate and in need of work until you can find a job elsewhere then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Good amount of overtime available and high starting PTO

      Cons

      Pay increases are a joke, health insurance plans are costly to employees. Management does not seem to understand the machining side of the business. Does not value employees and consider them to be easily replaced.

      Pros

      Great PTO, flexible working hours, great people that you work with, great culture

      Cons

      Do not offer steady pay raises or compensation. Pay below the market. Are behind in a lot of digital initiatives but I beleive they are taking efforts to curb that.
