Smart People, Interesting Work, Bad Culture

Pros

Some of the smartest people I have worked with. Very competitive compensation.

Cons

Bad work life balance, very demanding, high stress. Lots of turnover at all levels. Difficulty committing to a course of action at senior management levels.

Vacation Time is about the only positive

Cons

Management and HR do not know what they are doing, The HR department is just constant turnover, Mandatory OT when they fire too many people and we can't hit our weekly goals with a 40 hour week, Pay is horrible when considering what this company produces and how much this company makes, Management always seems to promote the wrong employees resulting in the mess that is known as Integer.

Still growing, good opportunity and people are now getting replaced with higher performing individuals

Cons

rarely get bonuses, finance is not where it should be for a company this size.
