Please find replies below Leave: Staff get monthly leave and in addition 3 hours of permission leave a month. If more than these leave are used then salary is deducted. This is standard practice for all the companies in all industries. The leave details are mentioned in the acceptance letter which a candidate signs before joining the company. We always hire staffs only with the intention to have long lasting relationship with them and have them working with us for many years. We consider all staff as a part of Integra family. In order to have the correct attendance information and to calculate monthly salary we use Handdy software. This software allows us to calculate the monthly salary automatically and also allows the staff to see how many days they have worked and how many days they have taken leave. We also use it for leave request and to provide other company information. If there are questions about salary our HR team and staff are always open to answer your questions. The point that 90% of staff don’t get full salary is simply not true. We will not have 550+ staff working for our company if salary was not paid correctly. We have never not paid salary to our staff since our company started in 2004. Working hours are generally 8.5 hours a day. How long you take the break is left up to each staff. There are some teams who work 10 hours a day, these are based on client requirements and the salary is paid accordingly and all these are mentioned in the offer letter. You can decide to accept or not join the company, if the working hours or other terms do not suit your requirements. Nothing is hidden from the candidates before they join the company. We absolutely do not have a policy of asking to pay 5000 for receiving the certificates. All the relieving, experience certificates and other documents are handed over the staff on their last working day. This is how our company has always operated since 2004. We also absolutely do not have any bonds or sign any bonds with the staff. It makes it suspicious that if the reviewer is even doing the review for the right reasons. We only have normal and reasonable notice periods like all companies do. We need to transition the work to other staff so that client work is not affected. We do it very quickly and within your notice period. Unfortunately this review seems to be mentioning things that is not done at our company. We value the staff who work at our company at the utmost. More than 55% of the staff are females. So we give high importance to female staff as well. Our company culture is more of a family environment.
