The managers here have no clear vision for the company. They don't have any principles that guide them, which results in their incompetence and lackluster leadership. The company culture and environment are full of office politics, and it's the managers who lead this kind of toxic atmosphere. Most employees know how to collaborate, but the managers force everyone to be overly-competitive.

Terrible pay. They paid new people more than they paid people who had been there for years. Their point system (monthly sales goal) was extremely flawed. No one actually followed the rules there and so other employees run rampant and pretty much did whatever they wanted. They didn't appreciate employees. Lots of work drama and bad work environment.
