First I want to thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I am sorry that your experience at Integra. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and very open environment where our staff can thrive as friends. We continue to find ways to improve and to address everyone's concerns at our company. All staff have direct access to any of the top management at anytime to voice their concerns. As our company has grown to more than 475 staff it has become impossible to spend time with each staff and get to know them as compared to when we were a small company. Through our company meetings, emails, gatherings, outings we try to maintain an environment where feedback can be provided. We are trying to maintain a fun, dynamic and caring environment as we grow. I am sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations. I genuinely care about the company and the welfare of all the staff that work for us.
