Fresher's can learn a lot about the basic BPO work culture. Good to gain knowledge. If you have talent, you can learn more. My team was good and fun filled.

Cons

Bad Management. Low pay. No night allowance. Not a Worthy company for more than 2 years. Manager won't care about the employees.
