* I have dropped my paper and feel very bad that I am not in a position to enjoy new benefits that company has Introduced. # Sick leaves for all staff after one year. # CL Carry forward Option/Encashment. # Flexible Working Environment. # Internal job Opportunities for growth. The company has a different department and Many teams staff tend to Generalize that the whole company is bad when one person does something Unfair. Look into reality and not the words that other people talk. Don't jump into Conclusion.
