      Pros

      Co-workers are great to work with and overall culture from mid-level down seems positive.

      Cons

      They preach transparency, but don't practice. HR has proven to be unresponsive with little to no feedback. Upper management, senior level stone cold and unauthentic. Don't expect loyalty and watch for red flags. Zero stability and low level of engagement.

      Company where the products can make a real difference in the lives of patients. Lots of opportunity to transform the company, if they would only trust their employees.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the senior executives. They only look out for themselves and do not pay any heed to the needs and situations of their employees.

      There are no pros. Micromanaging by incompetent, inexperienced bosses. Turnover is unbelievable

      Cons

      Layoffs have begun. Moving jobs out because they can't get Machinists to work here. Toxic and hostile environment. Do not come to work here. Whatever you're running from, this is worse.
