      No job growth, very low pay, overworked, no promotions, benefits are horrible, management shows favoritism, management makes everyone feel like crap, management only look out for themselves, management calls employees "little people"

      Opportunity to develop and manufacture Medical Devices for patients

      Under the new quality leadership, the organization’s culture has notably DECLINED. Since my tenure began, I have not observed the company in such a challenging state. External consulting firms now drive much of the management, leading to widespread employee fatigue and disengagement. Attrition has steadily risen, currently reaching a concerning 20%.
