      Integra is a rapidly growing medical technology company that is still small enough to stay agile. Employees are able to test and engage themselves in a variety of initiatives around the company to ensure Integra remains an engaging place to work. One of the coolest things about it is that you can look back over the course of your tenure and see how you personally made a difference in the way the company grows!

      Looking forward to an update in facilities when we move into a very modern office space.

      Like other companies our size, we continue to address compensation each year to ensure all employees are compensated fairly. The work is exciting because what we all do makes a difference. In big companies your individual performance doesn't impact company performance. At integra it does, so our work is more meaningful and satisfying.
